Phage Concentration Calculator

This tool lets you calculate the concentration of phage particles of a phage preparation knowing its absorption at 269 nm and 320 nm:

First enter the length of the phage vector including the size of the insert; then use a row for each preparation and enter successively the absorption at A269 nm, the absorption at A320 nm, and the dilution factor; finally click on the button at the end of the row to calculate the total number O.D. per ml and the virion concentration.
