Quality Control & Certification of Analysis

Transformation Efficiency:

Titer in cfu/µg is determined by plating appropriate dilutions in 2xYT medium on agar plates supplemented with ampicillin no more than 55 min post-heat shock with pUC18 DNA.

Contaminations:

No growth with common antibiotics
No M13 contamination
